If you send a planning request, we receive the details you type into the form: name, company, email, phone (if you add one), event type, group size, dates, how you heard about us, and your message.
How we use it
We use those details only to reply to your inquiry and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell this information, and we do not use the form to build a public mailing list.
How it is stored
Submissions are delivered to our planning inbox so the team can respond. We keep a request only as long as we need it to handle that conversation.
Your choices
You can email us to ask what we hold about a request you sent, or to ask us to delete it. We will handle that request as soon as we reasonably can.
